WOW! Thank you all for the awesome response! I guess #2 wins hands down (29 votes out of 38) Are you curious to know which pose I liked? I liked #1, my hubby liked #2. But, I'm putting #2 up on the site for now. Maybe in the future I'll take another one and we'll do this all over again! LOL! Really, though, I appreciate the time it took to leave a comment. It helped me easily make the decision :)
As a 'thank you' of sorts, I want to share with you this fun action I have just created. It's a basic, all around boosts that you can use on every photo. I love it! It took this photo from this (straight out of the camera shot):to this:
That's just the action - nothing else. After you've run the action, if you like the results, then simply sharpen and save. This action works in full photoshop, though I haven't tested it yet in Elements (feel free to, but I doubt it will work as it uses curves). I hope you like it, and I'll let you know why I called it "Snow White Boost" in another post ;) Just click below to download! And thanks again, everyone!

P.S.
JJ's hair is just starting to grow back in. Can you tell?

I love your blog! Thank you for all your wonderful tips. Question, in this post you stated you could run this action and then simply sharpen and save. Should I be sharpening my images before I post them to the web and if so....why? and how do I do that? I'm such a newbie and just really trying to learn as much as I can. Thanks!!!!
I was going to vote, but realized I liked both of them equally, so I figured I'd just muddy the waters! lol! I don't think you could have gone wrong either way.
Oh my I had hoped that I chose the photo that you liked best. :) Both were beautiful pictures.
Your daughter is so adorable and both photos of her are great! Thank you for sharing your tip with us but I don't think that it will work in Photoshop Elements. I tried to download your Snow White Boost but my computer will not recognize it. I am so glad that I found your blog I have a feeling that I will learn a lot from you.
