Jewelry Frame

Over a year ago I saw this fun solution for hanging jewelry, and I knew I had to do it....someday. Well, someday finally came! It was one of those projects that was put on the back, back burner for ages. My husband found this fun frame on clearance for like $2 (it's an 11X13 frame), so we popped out the back and the glass, bought some chicken wire (which we could only find in a roll - not by the yard), staple gun it on the back, add some "S" hooks and start hanging your jewelry!

I'm embarrased to admit it, but I was previously hanging my necklaces on hangers in my closet. Annoying. I like this MUCH better. There was even enough space to hang my watch bands. The entire project cost under $10, so you can't beat that. You could even do it cheaper if you already HAVE the items on hand. We didn't. Now my necklaces and watch bands have a place to call home. *sniff*

And, hey, it works for me!

love it, want to steal it. Don't have time to do it right now :D
My necklaces hang with Frieso's ties on his motorized turning thing. So sometimes he neglects to pay attention and starts invading my space. Then things get ugly :D
